There were corners that I didn't even realized that were forgotten and messy that she took care of. She even helped me with dealing with the cat liter for our pet. Since she has left, I do try to keep up the standard of care that Saphire does but it's not the same and takes time. I would highly recommend her. She has a high standard for making sure everything looks and smells good. Her personality is friendly and apporachable and is willing to do her best."

We agreed on services, a date/time that they would be performed, and a hourly rate she would charge. There was a lot to do and it took 17.5 person-hours to complete the job. "Three ladies came to my home and cleaned every single surface, doors, frames, baseboards, floors, the kitchen and bath in 6 1/2 hours total. They did an excellent job and got a few tough areas I had not been able to get completely clean. I clean very well, but didn't want to spend the time to do the whole house at this time. Usually cleaning services do not clean as well as I do, but E & E did a better job than I do myself. It was a bit pricey, but they did such an incredible job I cannot really complain about the cost."
