The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

ARI constructed the curbs and installed the new Bristolite skylights there, and also installed 3 new dome Bristolite skylights elsewhere on the roof. From beginning to end the job was handled professionally and promptly. I would hire August again and highly recommend that others do so."
