The removed the tub (we're geriatric) and installed a new shower with bench, put in new tile floor and reworked the electrical. Although my husband is impatient (these guys are busy and some days only one would be working at our house), they did a beautiful job. No corners were cut - they do beautiful work! "Brandon returned my call promptly and came out to give a detailed estimate for painting, repairing, and doing small remodeling work on my home to get it ready to sell. I decided not work with him almost before he was done completing the estimate, because I felt like he insulted my home and my subdivision. He went so far as to say he wouldn't bother doing any of the remodeling work if he were me because I live in "fill-in-the-blank subdivision" and you won't get your money back. I will note that the repairs and small remodeling work I specifically asked him to do, were the specific items my real estate agent suggested for a better resale value of my home, based on my neighborhood.
