One never returned my call, three of them took almost two weeks to provide a bid, and Rick of Ultimate Custom Painting got back to me with an estimate within a day or two. Ultimate Custom Painting had painted a large brick house in our neighborhood last year and I thought it looked very well-done. I contacted the people who owned the house and they highly recommended Rick and his crew.

The job of painting my house was supposed to be done at the end of June. This past spring, we had almost six weeks of heavy rain, which delayed the start of the job. Throughout the spring, Rick kept in touch with me to keep me updated as to when he thought they would be able to start painting my house. Although the work wasn't done until August, these circumstances were completely out of Rick's control and I appreciate the fact that he kept me updated as to his schedule throughout the summer.

They did an excellent job of painting my house. The job was somewhat complicated in that I chose three colors; one for the main part of the house, one for the trim and one as an accent color. The crew was polite, on time every day, and cleaned up after they were done. They were also very patient with me as I changed my mind about one of the colors, and also asked them to paint the accent color on very specific parts of the trim. They accommodated my every request.

The day after the job was finished, Rick made a follow-up call to me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work they had done. He is a true professional and I would definitely hire Ultimate Custom Painting again for any future painting jobs."
