One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. "I used Integrity Roofing to replace our roof on our new home and it was an incredibly great experience. The owner Rich is incredibly honest, upfront, reliable, and nice to speak with. He's not salesy guy and he's not going to blow smoke. His pricing is SUPER reasonable and he came in well-below the many other quotes that I got. His workers are awesome. Super nice and extremely hard working. The roof was replaced with all GAF products and is built to last 40-50 years. They also installed a bathroom vent fan for me AND since the gutters were 25-30 years old, Rich had his gutter guy come out on the last day and it came out SO WELL. The house is like brand new! They cleaned up after themselves and left virtually nothing behind. They used magnets and tarps and picked up all the nails and pieces around the house. Finally, Rich was super honest and told me that they scuffed up some of the siding a little in the back yard when carrying debris out - and it's really not even that bad (it'll come out with magic eraser). I 100% RECOMMEND integrity and will refer him to anyone I know looking to have their roof repaired or replaced in north Jersey."
