"Juan & Precise Fence provide a A+ job at a competing price. We had 600 feet of black aluminum and 400 feet of farmer fence installed at our home. Juan provide the skills do the entire job from start to finish. Other fence companies wanted us to hire other contractors to complete task such as clearing debris, tree limbs removal, leveling yard or constructing a farmer fence. Our fence is incredibly straight and level and was completed quickly. We’re incredibly thankful for Juan’s insights and recommendations. If you want a custom fence with personal care and attention along the way contact Precise Fence. Juan built and cared for the fence as if it was his own. Thank you!"

"This company has gone above and beyond what is expected from a company providing a service or purchases. They have very detailed estimates and contracts with no surprises ans the schedule was on point from three weeks out. The workers who showed up on site were very polite and asked my permission for any inconsistency in my land level to make sure I was happy. I used them for fence installation, but they are now on top of my list for all services they offer."

"York Fence is definitely a professional organization when it comes to customer service, installation and appearance. Their crew was prompt, organized and very methodical when it came to the installation itself. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Literally, there was nothing to be of concern about when this was over. More importantly, we achieved what we were looking for....privacy. I can't say enough good things about York Fence. Definitely a first class company who treats their customers right."

"We recently had our fence repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Communication was excellent from start to finish, he was punctual, worked with us on pricing, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of the repair was great, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest fence work."

"Returned initial inquiry call promptly and agreed to meet with me in the evening since I work. Walked the property with me explaining to him what I needed/wanted done. Walter pointed out several large dead limbs on the perimeter of my yard that could stand to be removed. (I hadn't even looked for things like that. I just knew I wanted these messy & dying evergreens removed ASAP.) Walter initially quoted separately for the 2 large evergreens when I showed more work to be done he held back on prices till I was as all done with everything including some work on my adjoining property. His quote almost knocked me down. I've had 18 trees removed from these properties in the 30+ years so I was expecting a substantial price quote, never in my wildest dreams did I expect his quote to be so reasonable. Gave him a deposit check & set a date. Walter & his 2 men arrived as planned & started to unload all their tools & sheets of plywood to protected my sad parched front lawn, the 2 large tall evergreens were at the back of the property. Unfortunately for them this September Saturday was sunny, humid & in the low 90's. They worked about 4 hours & broke for maybe 20 minutes to have lunch but not before every downed branch or limb was chipped. They were here just under 7 hours I believe. Walter asked me to walk the 2 properties to double check that he had that taken care of all that I wanted done. This is the FIRST time I did not have to ask that the stumps be cut lower. The stumps were practically flush to the ground. Previously other contractors would tell me " that's as low as we can get" . I'm talked about 12-15"TALL. I'm so grateful these stumps are low, I'm by myself now & it takes longer to do things, going to coat the stumps with Brush killer today & in 2 weeks proceed with some sort of stump decaying process, hopefully by spring I remove them myself. BUT until then the 5 stumps in my very front side yard will not be noticable! Walter & his crew really seemed to know their business, they knew exactly which limbs to remove to let in more sunlight in too shady areas. I look forward to working with Walter & his crew again, hopefully this fall. I have about 60 trees on my personal home property, almoat all surrounding my backyard . A good portion need a lot of trimming."

"They arrived within an hour of their appointment time.  They estimated that the heap would possibly take up 3/4 of their truck before beginning work.  They loaded the truck as efficiently as possible and crushed items to fit better.  In the end, my hauling needs were their entire truck, but they informed me before getting to that point.  They did load the largest and heaviest problem item first without complaint or excuse.  They also did additional clean-up of small things that had fallen, rather than leaving them littering the yard.  Very happy with that extra step.

"It was an amazing experience.  Very professional and timely.  The owner is very helpful and worked closely with us in choosing the right materials for our home.  He also helped us to find the materials that were in our price range and never tried to push us to use something more expensive, etc.  He was extremely meticulous in his work and cleaned up thoroughly after each day he worked in our home.  After finishing the job he asked us to walk through and check everything thoroughly and make a punch list of anything we wanted fixed or revised.  There was nothing, it was perfect.  My wife and I couldn't be happier.
We will be using MTL Contracting again in 2 months for a full kitchen renovation and again in the Spring for a new outdoor deck.

"Vincent arrived early for the quote which impressed me. We reviewed the project and he advised a price on the spot (which surprised me). I asked a lot of questions about timing and what was/was not included. I liked that there would be a project manager to oversee the project so signed the contract even though it was a lot more than I had expected. Paul, the Director of Projects, was assigned to my project which I thought would be a good thing. When Paul came out for the pre-production meeting, his estimate on the length of the project was different than Vincent's estimate. There were also questions about what was/was not included in the scope of work even though I thought we had clarified everything. Paragon did agree to cover the items agreed to by Vincent even though it was not in the contract. I appreciated that. Paul came out for the first morning of the project. When he left, I asked how often he would come by. He said he tries to come by every day during a project. Plus, there were multiple projects going on in my town so it sounded like he would be in the area. Needless to say, he came for the rough inspections and then did not come back for over a week. When he did come back, he realized that the team had not tented/tarped my room and my bedroom was covered in dust and dirt. He apologized and sent someone to clean my bedroom. I mentioned that he would have known about the issue if he had come by daily as mentioned. His reply was that he saw pictures every day. I explained that was not the same as coming by the actual site. The guy who did the work in my bathroom was good but I felt that I had to follow up on a lot of things. Since Paul was not around, I felt like I had to make sure he knew what was happening day to day. When they finished the plumbing, I had to have them come back twice due to leaks. They installed my medicine cabinet incorrectly and had to come back and fix it (it was not anchored on the wall). When they were "finished", I had to send an email with photos of a lot of little issues (dings in the wall, poor paint job, open edges where they did not caulk). They came back again to fix those items although now one section of a wall looks very odd (they sanded it and it has a different texture than the rest of the walls). At this point, I think I might hire someone else to come out and fix the wall/paint. I literally do not have it in me to go through another round of fixes. I had a few rough conversations with Paul about the project. During one of these conversations, he said "You have asked me the same question 4 times. If you keep asking me, you will keep getting the same answer." Not the response that I expected. He explained to me that "This is what happens in production." Funny enough - I work in manufacturing and production so did not appreciate that comment (although it has been the source of many, many jokes in my office). I explained that if he had done a better job pre-production (reviewing materials, reviewing construction expectations, etc.), we would not have had the issues during production. I also explained that I was asking questions because his answers were vague and not helpful. I got the impression he either didn't have the time to properly explain things to me or didn't think I could understand what was happening. One other point, because the guy who did the work in my apartment walked to my apartment, he didn't carry supplies. He ended up using my vacuum to vacuum up the dirt/caulk/etc and put the vacuum back. When I went to use my vacuum, it was filthy (absolutely covered in dust). When I picked it up, grout and white dust fell out. I asked him to clean it which he did - but it's still dirty. I will probably throw it away and buy a new. While I think Paul is qualified, I think he has too much on his plate. He told me that there are currently 30 projects going on. If he is going to be the Director of Projects, he should direct the team. If he is going to be a project manager, he should do that and be on site at the projects."

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence repair projects in Allamuchy, NJ

Repairing or replacing a part of your fence is almost always less expensive than replacing it altogether. If your fence is in major disrepair or requires more than 20% to 30% replacement, it may be a better investment to replace your entire fence. Contact at least three fence repair specialists near you to get quotes for both a repair and replacement project.

All vinyl fences are made of PVC, a type of vinyl that stands for polyvinyl chloride. But not all PVC is the same. PVC resin is combined with other ingredients, giving it strength and weather-resistance. High-quality PVC vinyl fences include additives that provide more durability—and therefore cost more. Check out various types of vinyl fences and their features before deciding on your material.

You can repair small cracks or holes in your vinyl fence easily using a vinyl repair kit. If the crack is especially large or seems to be impacting the fence's integrity, you may need to replace the whole rail or post. However, you should hire a local fence installer for major repairs.

With proper maintenance and care, a vinyl fence can last up to 30 years. To ensure the longest life possible for your vinyl fence, ensure that it is installed properly and take care to check it regularly for any areas that may need minor maintenance or repair.
