When I called them with a water flood from a failed sump pump, they came within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and had a team here working within an hour. They assured me they would take care of moving all of the furniture and items in my basement, and they did just that. They worked quickly and professionally to remove wet pad and dry out my entire basement. They came to check the carpet each day and then did a good job replacing new pad, stretching my carpet, steam cleaning and returning my furniture to where it was supposed to go. All staff were helpful and did a great job! I credit them for their hard work during this overwhelming situation, and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation!!"

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Asked him to come bid job on hole in eave and broken wooden gate.  He said I was not really in his area, I said I would call someone else, he said that he would do the job.  Came out, gave me a bid, said it would be done within a week.  He never didn't call or show u for 3 weeks until I posed a very bad report on Angie's List.   Once I posted my first very negative report he called immediately and apologized for not calling me before the 3 weeks had passed but he had been waing for cooller weather (we had had 5 days of cloudy weather in those 3 weeks), he asked me if I staill wanted him to fix the items and I said yes, IF he was going to do it, he said I was on the schedule for the following Wednesday.  He did show up on Wednesday (8-31-11) and did a very good job on the gate and eve (now I see why he has such great reviews).  The price was fair.  I don't know if I would use him again because of the issue with time.  I have a lot of work that needs to be done on this old house but.   This is very disappointing as I would really like to find a reliable person to call.   "
