"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"We would definitely recommend Hanson’s for your bathroom remodel project! We would give them higher than a 5 star rating if it was available. The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Hamdan Quality Roofing was able to provide a great product at a very good price point. Other companies are potentially 1.5x or 2x the price. They can provide a good price because they are family owned/operated, they own a metal roll forming machine where other may not, and they make their own fittings (z-bar, ridge cap, w-valley channel, end caps, etc). It is very important to understand the differences in what you get with metal roofing products as there are so many variations and they are transparent about the different products. They can quote agricultural panels (exposed fastener panels), shingles, and standing seam (concealed fastener). I went with a 24-gauge metal standing seam (concealed fastener). They were able to put it right overtop of the first layer of shingles (with a synthetic barrier) which some other contractors may or may not quote it that way. They own their own metal roofing roll forming machine (Englert Machinery - model FP1101), they purchased large rolls of metal from CMG metals, and they had a metal bending machine in their trailer to bend their fittings (ridge cap, z-bar, w-valley flashings, drip edge, eave end cap, ect). The panels were made on site which was cool to watch. They installed S-5 Colorgard snow bars. Some hiccups with the permitting but it was approved by the township after the township dropped the ball on a couple things. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a metal standing seam roof."

"Rick did an awesome job. He was extremely professional and on time. His work was top notch and he was very fast. This would have taken me all day! He took his shoes off when he came in which service guys usually don't do and even hung up a couple shelves in our bathroom that had fallen down (only took a few minutes) at no extra charge. I can't speak highly enough of our experience and we will absolutely have them back to do more work for us. A++++

"My Project is not quite finished, but I feel confident is making an excellent recommendation at this point. Mr. Geer is professional and courteous. My project involved putting up drywall in a 3 sided room and covering one window. I asked if the drywall would help to warm the room because I could see that there was little insulation in the room. Mr. Geer broke through the plaster to see that there was none and offered to remove all the plaster and put in insulation prior to putting up the drywall. It added a little more time and a little more money to the project, but I was pleased with the estimate and his work ethic."
