He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. All went great."

"We had foundation work performed by a company in 2018 along the back of our house. Crosstown Engineering did the post-repair third party evaluation. We thought we noticed some shifting in the back patio area behind our house in the middle of 2020 so we contacted the foundation company for a warranty check and they recommended some new piers be installed.
