We've used them every year since then to service our gate and garage doors and have never regretted it. I simply text (214) 546-4244 and either Sonny or Austin responds within 10-15 mins. No matter how busy they are, they always fit us in if we have an urgent matter. We also like their 45 day guarantee so we can call them back if anything needs to be tweaked "
