"We had our kitchen, laundry room, and powder room remodeled in March. Yes, it had started right before all of the quarantine began! This is the SECOND MAJOR PROJECT that Alan has done for us (last year he did our master bathroom), and he is the one we will call, without a doubt, for our next project. But yes, this was the big one! As always, Alan was GREAT to work with. He really cares about the project and is open to lending his expertise with suggestions or feedback. I want someone who is invested in my project and cares about how the finished project will look and not just think of it as another job. The crew is amazing, and yes...they were the SAME GUYS! That shows a lot to me as a client- in addition, his team is trustworthy and hard working. In fact, we left for a few days during demolition. That is how much I trust them. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up before they left. Alan was extremely patient with me this time around. I was making changes as the project unfolded, and he was very understanding with me. I had him hang lights above my kitchen table area and then move them, had him repaint my pantry doors a different color, and the big one- I changed something with my countertops AFTER the granite had already been measured. Fortunately it all worked out. I can't recommend Alan (What's Next Remodeling) enough. They are great to work with, fairly priced, and pay extreme attention to detail. WORK DONE: removed wall paper, texturized walls, painted walls and ceilings; removed old lighting and installed new lighting, new tile floor, new granite countertops, painted cabinets, installed new farm sink, installed new vanity in bathroom, installed butcherblock countertop on island, moved cooktop, new backsplash, BUILT NEW CABINET and shelf in kitchen, installed new hardware on doors and cabinets."
