They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. "It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? "Excellent job by Bryon Posadas and his crew! We had two full bathrooms gutted and completely remodeled and brought up to code from the original 1997 build. One was turned into a walk-in shower with a custom shower door. Now, they not only look amazing with high-end finishes, but they are up to code with new plumbing, new sub-floors, and custom vanities with beautiful 3 CM quartz countertops. Byron was on site and accessible at all points with one consistent crew who took great care and were great to communicate with for big and little decisions throughout the step-by-step process. They stayed in/on budget as well, and the entire process only took 13 days! After completion, we also contracted through Fresh Home Repair to recarpet 1,250 square feet throughout the entire upstairs of our home. When it comes to remodeling, I highly recommend Fresh Home Repair!"
