"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again.

"We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

"I called Young's plumbing because when I woke up that morning I had a huge puddle of water in my living room. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he could a plumber out the same day. When Jimmy showed up he explained that I had a slab leak and gave me a quote for tunneling and to repair the leak.Jimmy helped me call my insurance company to have them pay for it. I set up for the work to be done the next day. Jimmy and some diggers come out the next morning and got right to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He cleaned up his mess and made sure my yard was the way they found it. I was grateful that they use booties when in my house so they did not take mud and stuff throughout my house. "Encountered problems from the construction of the house with the plumber the builder used.  Calahan had to reconstruct the shower floor  
to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"

"Storm and Bob are the nicest guys!   Our three small doggies were happy to see them arrive each morning.  They were careful around our pets, making sure they weren't in harm's way and didn't escape out the door. 
They took care of our house,  placing drop-cloths over our wooden floors.so they wouldn't mar the finish.  They removed the old shower and tub, carefully preserving the existing tile on the floor and adjacent walls.  They removed all decayed wood and replaced it with new lumber. They carefully brought in the new shower pieces and assembled the new shower.  They repeatedly asked us to review their work and asked if they were meeting our expectations.  They cleaned up their work area and left the house in excellent shape.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with their handiwork and professional expertise.  We will be asking them to perform additional work on our house and strongly recommend them.
