"The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"He was a good window cleaner. In a way, he was counting windows. It was only 10 actual windows because it was double windows. So, it was far less than I was looking for. But, he did a great job on the 10 windows that he did. Then, he was supposed to come back to do some additional work that I was willing to pay for. But, he never returned my calls to set up a further meeting. The work that he actually did was good. But, he fell through in terms of follow up. If he had also been good on his administrative work, I would have given him an 'A.' But because he was a little bit slow in getting going and in particular, because he didn't follow up and be responsive with coming back as I had asked, it drops him down to a 'B.' His price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated for the number of windows he cleaned."

"Franco and his team did an excellent job for our bathroom renovation and installing porcelain tiles in our basement. He came over to provide the estimate and first worked on installing the porcelain tiles and molding. He kept me updated on the progress of the work. A permit was obtained for the bathroom remodel. We discussed the desired layout of the bathroom and how the wall tiles would be installed. They put in the recessed lights, ceiling fan, window, door, toilet, and the sink. The bathroom came out beautiful and we were pleased with the quality of the work. The staff was nice and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up each day after the work was done. We would hire Ribo again for other projects in the future."
