"Mike and his coworker really did an amazing job. They were efficient and very professional. They really exceeded my expectations! I would definitely use them again for future projects. I highly recommend their services for others. I had waves in my carpet in several rooms and they made it look beautiful and like it was new again! Have been installing floors for about 4/5 years now, Any work i do im very confident in.

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Very professional with great prices."

"Have used for several jobs the price. Quality, and time is good. Very professional. Highly recommend."

"Empire and Lowes quoted $500+. Victor and his team arrived the day after I contacted them, provided the carpet, installed it and cleaned up after themselves all for a third of that price."

"The laminate installation wasn't so bad, the bad part of the job was the reinstallation of the trim between the baseboard and the new floor that I have to redo myself because it was left all broken and badly nailed"

"The work perform was excellent. Mr. Jamerson and his team came in one day and put my new floor in one day. I was concern that the floor was going to take 2 1/2 days but they completed not just in one day but he was also able to do it on the 24 Dec which worked perfect for me becouse I didn’t have to take additional days off from work. He and his team was on time and courteous and professional. I definitely will be requesting additional work from his company and will definitely will recommended to everybody. Thank you Mr Jamerson and team for the excellent work."
