"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"I had seen their ad in my Angies List coupon book and that is why I first called them. Shawn and his partner were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time and worked around the 2 other contractors I had working in the house at the time. The windows look wonderful and they were very neat and tidy. In addition they noticed that a large glass cocktail table top had been put back upside down (probably by the painters the week before) and not only put it back correctly but cleaned it as well. Shawn noticed the skylights were dirty in my living room and without hesitation cleaned those too. I am all about finding people I trust to do outside services for my family - life is too short. When I find good companies I am a loyal customer. I think I have found my window cleaning company to add to my list."
