He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. It was nice to have everything managed under one umbrella since each task depended on the others. James monitored the whole process to ensure all was as it should be. Work quality was excellent and timely. I highly recommend Urban Exteriors!"

"I needed to hire a company to do the roof replacement on my house, that I was selling. From the first phone conversation, I felt at ease and like Brian "cared" about what I needed, and of my concerns. They removed two layers of shingles, down to the wood, they called me a couple of times with "meeting code" issues I had no idea about... so they also corrected venting shortfalls on the roof, with nicer more efficient vents. They pulled off a rotting board and replaced it with a new one on the eaves, and then painted it as well! Having had several conversations with Brian, through the course of all this, and as they progressed, seeing the pictures of the work that had been done, I began to wonder if they couldn't fix the downspouts on the gutters which had, through the years, come loose...YUP, done and DONE, then I needed to fix a window in the master bath and poof, it was fixed including framing, around the outside...better than I could have even imagined! Being out of town added to the angst of hiring the "right" company, to do the repairs I needed, to get the house on the market... Colorado Native excelled! "I'm here to give a revie for Climax Roofing and Construction out of Westminster Colorado. Working with The owner Eddie was an extremely pleasant experience that you don't usually don't see or expect from your local contractors and went beyond my expxtations. I received 10 to 15 I received 10 to 15 estimates from different estimates from different companies and Eddie's estimate was right in the middle without knowing I had other contractors bidding ... Ed was the only one that stated the roof could most likely go another 2 or 3 years , the other contractors wanted to do the roof right away... The crew was on the job for 2 1/2 days they protected my driveway with 1 inch 4x8 planks covered all the landscape , the clean up was efficient and the install of the roof was updated with a high efficient Venting system and an upgraded breathable underlayment that blew away the competition .. But it's not just the pricing it was working with Eddie the friendly and professionalism that was such a pleasure..I would recommend in the future and have recommended Eddie to many of my friends in the past to Climax Roofing and Construction . If I ver a ne roof again , the first person I would call is Eddie with Climax Roofing and Construction."
