"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need."

Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.

I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job. He arrived on time, did exactly what he said he would do, was neat, personable, and professional the entire time. He even corrected/installed a valve that someone else had improperly left out, to ensure I had no trouble with this part of the system in the future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone."
