I was given an estimate, they followed up with a booklet describing pesticides , their chemistry etc. A treatment was scheduled and done. "I had them out, but chose not to move forward with the service at this time. The only thing I didn't like is that they were good in the beginning as far as asking questions, keeping in contact, and giving me a nice design; they stuck by me even though I was sometimes busy at work. However, towards the end they seemed to have gotten the impression that I wasn't going to do it, so they didn't give me a formal estimate-half of it was printed, and half was hand written. The contract came to $50,000-$60,000, so you would think they would give me a formal contract that was nicely type written. That's not professional, especially if you want me to drop $60,000. They didn't even give me their payment terms at first, and then they asked for 50% upfront. If you're going to sell me, sell me. I felt like he dropped the ball at the end. If I were going to use the, I would tell them that I need a real contract.
