They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. Marcelo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The floors look amazing. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color.
