Mike and his team refaced our oversized brick fireplace with stacked stone, custom cutting, color matching, and fitting the stone throughout perfectly. Work requiring attention to detail, like the interior of wood box, corners, and installing and finishing the drywall accommodations for mounting the tv, look absolutely outstanding. The hearth was so wide that we could not find a precut slab, but Mike had a connection with a stone mason who fabricated a beautiful, singular blue stone slab approximately ten feet in length, solving yet another challenge. In addition to the fireplace place, they laid the flooring, and stayed on to paint the walls and ceilings. During the work, communication was great. We were kept up-to-date on progress and future work plans. Any questions or concerns were thoughtfully addressed, and all work was done with the utmost care and craftsmanship. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. "Chris and his two sons did an amazing job on remodeling my basement into a playroom for my twin boys. They were very sweet, made me feel comfortable and also were very good with my two toddler boys.
