"It went great. They were very patient with us, considering we figured out what we wanted - in part - as we went along. We chose hardware (towel racks, vanity, tub etc) at Lowe's and they picked it all up and did the install. The plumber bill was about $900 and the Original Bros bill another $4-5k, I forget the exact number. I should note that there were some unknowns - how much hidden water damage to the floor/wall near the tub, etc, but they gave us good ideas of what to expect and the range of costs we might incur. They were very upfront with us about all costs, and gave good recommendations as in "do what you want but I don't recommend doing X and Y." I was Very impressed. I should mention that a certain unprofessional plumber who came by our house quoted us over $10k for the tub repair alone. I went into this with a lot of apprehension and expectations for problems, and was really pleased how it turned out. I am normally very pessimistic and suspicious and they put me at ease with the manner in which we prepared for the work, how it was done, and getting everything wrapped up. A problem after the fact (GFCI outlet went bad) was promptly remedied at no cost to us. I very highly recommend these folks."

Chad's quotes aren't the cheapest in the area and he is not too flexible with his pricing, but he came highly recommended by my contractor and his team did not fail with the final product. The results look wonderful. <br />"

"Bash Pepper was super responsive when I called with an ongoing leak that another vendor hadn't even gotten back to me about. They came out, were able to quickly spot the problem from outside before even going up on my two story house to take a look. The fixed the issue and did some other repair work for me while there were there for a very reasonable price. You can't even tell that my roof has been patched from the outside. I would use them again for any work that I needed done."

"After another contractor removed most of siding and left exposed plywood in Oct 2019 and my house received interior water damage I found Taylor’d Restorations. Steve completed the job was very quick to respond. The work was done well and I will be hiring him again for other projects. After being abandoned by my first contractor I can’t say enough good things about Taylor’d Restorations and the service provided to me by Steve."

"Frank was very responsive via the Angie's list text message service. When he came out for the estimate he seemed knowledgeable and provided an inexpensive quote. He was a little late on the morning of the job, but not to the point where it was a big issue. The wall was taken down pretty quick and Frank told me he would match the new pieces of wood with the current wall trim. The finish on the new wood is not even close to the trim that surrounds it. He also used a satin polyurethane finish instead of a glossy finish. In the short time since the job was done, the wood finish is almost chalky and scratches and marks are everywhere, which was unexpected. In addition there were several drops of finish that wound up on my carpet. Frank had to come out a second time to add more nails to one of the pieces of wood. I think for the price I paid I received adequate work, but I don't think I would go with this business again."

"Our Ins co. informed us our roof needed to be replaced to keep our coverage from being dropped. They said it was wavy. I called and requested a few quotes, and we settled on the Dillman Brothers. They worked within the deadline that the Ins co. had set,  and did a good job. The lead onsite took time to answer questions and address concerns, and seemed interested in doing a good job, not just getting it done. So, after the job was complete the Ins co. still wasn't satisfied, but Larry Dillman spoke to our Ins agent and together they were able to put to rest any concerns that the Ins provider had."
