"The broken washing machine is an unusual Swedish made Asko. It won't spin dry. Most repair shops won't work on them. A-Z came out to the house to check it, he was punctual, he determined the problem was a bad control board and that the board was no longer available. The "fix" is a new washer. When I asked him what I owed for the service call the response was "We don't charge if we don't fix the problem." So I had a very pleasant and unexpected experience with A-Z even if the outcome wasn't what I would have preferred. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism."
