I have been in the construction industry for over 10 yrs, I grew up Amish and looking to make some side income and I’m very willing to do whatever I can to satisfy anybody’s needs whether it is doing the repair or job that is needed or referring you to somebody that will do an exceptional job. "I worked with them before and was very pleased with them then. The owner is very good. He is very fair and good about getting back with you and showing up on time. The guys that came to do the work were unbelievable. They were patient and were perfectionists. They did a wonderful job. They came back on their own time because there were some complications. Something needed to be taken back, but there were no hassles. The guys came back at night and worked an additional 3 hours and then came back this morning to finish up the work when they were technically off the clock. They were very pleasant about it and did a wonderful job. They were good about cleaning up after themselves and calling to let us know they were coming or giving us any information. I would have no problem working with them again and would recommend them. If there are any problems, the owner is good about fixing them."

"Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."

"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. Ultimately, we chose to use Teppo's for the entire remodeling job.   Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring.  He coordinated a showroom visit with his favored cabinet and counter supplier, then returned with the kitchen designer twice to check measurements and design ideas.  He was knowledgable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process.  In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics.  The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's  family flooring wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops.  His cabinet and countertop vendor discounts were also substantial.  We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks.  Kevin is very professional (as are his vendors), listens very well to the customer and incorporates these points into his planning."

"Rich was prompt, professional and responsive. The roof leaks were inspected and repaired. We discussed options in case the initial repair would not be sufficient. With respect to the door, the door itself was in satisfactory condition but the 9-panel window was damaged due to thrown stone from a neighbors lawnmower. Rich recommended door replacement vs. the glass insert replacement. Though the door replacement would be slightly more on an installed basis vs. just the glass, the final result was the new door (and it was purchased with a 9 panel window) looks great. Following installation of the door, we both found that the original handle and lockset was smaller than the pre-drilled door holes. A new lockset was purchased at Home Depot and installed as well. I'm looking at having Coach Construction tackle a larger repair in my home next Spring."

"Sean Reilly was responsive and helpful and tended to everything I asked him to.  The crew were friendly, courteous, and always cleaned up after themselves.  They paid close attention to detail and checked in with me when necessary.  The timing was as planned, though it took longer than originally anticipated, and the work was consistent.  When unexpected situations arose, they figured out how to deal with them.  For example, when the crew discovered the rotted boards on the side of the garage, Sean figured out how to get that taken care of as part of the flow of the work.  Overall, I was very satisfied."
