"Excellent! They arrived on time, worked steadily, cleaned up thoroughly, accomplishing everything that was asked of them. For instance, one tree that had to be taken down was a dying 80+ foot spruce located within six feet of a spindly oak sapling. I asked them to be careful of the sapling as I wanted it to fill in the canopy left by the spruce. After the tree came down and was carted away, I looked closely at the oak for possible damage which I felt sure there would be. To my surprise, the oak was untouched, not a scratch or broken branch. This is a company of surgeons! I have more work to be done, so I'll be sure to ask them back. They're great!"

"Huge pin oak tree: Removed one low hanging limb, one limb over roof. and several dead limbs. large tulip tree: Removed two limbs over roof and several dead limbs. All work was done by rope and climbing (amazing to watch)- no vehicles on lawn, so no lawn damage! Work was done quickly and to my specifications. The only negative was cleanup which was hurriedly done and not thorough. Also, their dump truck needs a tarp cover to prevent chips from being blown out over the street and lawn ( I had to rake this up myself). Overall, though, a good job."

"Everything went very well through the bidding process and installation. We paid for the work at the mid-point and at the finish four days later. At that point we would have given a straight A score. Some of the plants, approximately seven did not survive. It took several reminders to have the firm owner return to examine them, and when he did he apologized and replace three of them right away. He was kind enough to provide a free lawn cut since he took a while to get back to us and we happily accepted it. The other four dying plants he cut back and asked if he could see if they came back in the Spring (of 2017) and replace them if they did not survive. Repeated promises via txt messages over six weeks where he promised to return and inspect the dead plants never materialized. We thought this would be an opportunity to schedule additional work. We finally gave up. It is a shame since we had hoped to maintain in ongoing relationship and stay with this firm going forward based upon the initial installation. The four dead plants and lack of response made us realize that there is no such interest or any intention of standing behind the initial work. Truly a disappointment given the many other fine qualities demonstrated."
