My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. "Responsive and very helpful. He was here within 30 minutes of calling and had all the issues evaluated and diagnosed within the next 20 minutes. He helped identify the issue of an air conditioner draining into the window well causing the deiling leak, which was quickly addressed by myself after he left. Diagnosed clogged gutter downspouts causing some larger problems and spotted some missing slates that need replacing. He climbed out on the roof and fixed one of the downspout clogs. All done with no charge. I will definitely call Joe back in the fall to resolve all of the outstanding issues and ensure a problem free winter this season."
