"they said I needed a new radon fan but never tested the electric outlet. then after replacing the fan , they found out that there was no power at the outlet. then they took the original, most likely good, fan with them. so they charge $500 to do essentially nothing. anybody vaguely competent would have immediately noticed that they there was no power at the outlet and tell me to call an electrician.
