"Our sewer service between the city and the house failed due to poor materials when the house was built in '95. Once it was all exposed, it was easy to see what a poor system a less caring plumber had installed. Vince and company replaced it all quickly and easily with the proper materials. We use Vince exclusively for all of our plumbing needs."

"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

"We had a problem with cutting the main line to the house for water. It happened late afternoon, He called back within an hour and came to repair it first thing in the morning. It wasn't an emergency for we waited till morning. I would highly recommend Nielsen Plumbing."
