"It only took a day, was told it could take two days. The inspection was approved early in the day to be able to wrap it up early. Tyler was professional, explained the process throughout, took pictures that I could review later and went over the warranty and cleaning instructions. It was a very easy remodel from a himeowner's standpoint. While waiting for caulking to dry, Tyler helped me clean the bathroom vent cover and then mounted it back up on the ceiling. I would hire Tyler and his team again, as well as the Jacuzzi company, the brand means quality and a lifetime warranty. Cleanup was great and the team was very accommodating to our family as they were leaving for work. They arrived early in the window, and actually traveled nearly 50 miles to our home We hired Jacuzzi through Costco and the only issue we had was payment via my credit card. There was a problem with processing, so Jacuzzi reduced my overall cost by 2%, the amount I would have received back from my Costco/Citi credit card, when I paid in full. I was very happy with this option and everything worked out great. Jacuzzi contacted me about every three weeks as a reminder of the upcoming install and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, our satisfaction rate is 100% and we would most definately recommend this remodel to our family and friends!!!"

"Matt was great. He was fully committed to get our project done and worked weekends and late nights to ensure we had our remodel done on time. Matt did more than just remodeling our bathroom. He helped us with everything that came out. When we decided we wanted to demolish the kitchen, Matt made time on his already busy schedule to do it. When he found out our pipes were bad he brought a plumber to exchange them. When our carpet guy told us he could not change our carpet before our moving date, Matt found us somebody else who did a magnificent job. But his masterpiece was the bathroom were he did a terrific job. It was great working with him because he knew exactly what we wanted so he made it super easy for us. He pre-pick materials for us and showed us and we just loved them so everything was easy and fast. He was super friendly and extremely nice. "My partner found Paliy and hired them for a major remodel project - remodeling our master bathroom. We needed to basically gut everything and redo it all - tile, vanity, lighting, tub and shower. We had just finished working with Pacific Bath Company for a simple LuxStone shower install for our guest bathroom, which was a total train wreck. After that project, I was frankly dreading working on a big remodel considering how difficult it was to work with Pacific Bath Company just for a single shower. I was expecting supply chain disruptions, employee turnover issues and delays in getting back to us with answers. But Nazar quickly proved to us that we had absolutely nothing to fear with Paliy, even though this was such a big project. He was very responsive. He was great at trying to set our expectations and find issues that could cause possible delays. Since we were still novices at remodeling, it was such a relief to work with someone who was patient and extremely detail oriented. For example, we selected and purchased all of the materials for the remodel. Nazar made sure to check the sizing for the medicine cabinets that I wanted to be inset into the wall. He made sure I understood that the fit wasn't ideal for the existing wall type. He explained that either there would be a slight amount that would not be completely flush or I could order a different size. I think the cabinets look great even though not completely flush with the wall (by only like - a half an inch) and we told him that we didn't need to reorder anything. What I appreciated though was that he wanted to make sure that for every single detail, down to the half an inch, our expectations were met. He was also great at making sure we understood our options. His electrician and tile guy were also a cut above the rest for sure. Everyone that came to our house (we continued to live in the house during the remodel, which was a bit tricky since I work from home) was incredibly polite. We expected a few hiccups here and there given the size of the project, but there wasn't any single issue that Paliy didn't make right. I think the bathroom is stunning and it turned out better than I had imagined. I was shocked that they basically finished on time (even though we needed to order a custom glass door)! I would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. They were extremely dedicated to making sure the construction deadline was met and no question was left unanswered. The main thing I would have done differently (if I could do it again), was to have learned about them sooner and hired them to do my guest bathroom shower as well!!!!"

"Very timely, professional, friendly. Unparalleled communication, and very respectful of my house. They laid drop clothes from the front door to the bathroom, were diligent about collecting as much dust as possible and left the bathroom cleaner than when they left. OH, and a top-notch bath, too!"
