"I contacted Tim Gentry for price and availability to install siding on my large (dream) shop. I had done most of the work, but the siding was too much for me. We agreed on a fair price and the work started before expected. They showed up on time and ready to work. Got the job done in half the time others quoted and installed correctly. "Wonderfully! Lifetime was not the lowest bidder on either project but offered much more value and a LIFETIME warranty which really helped on resale. During our house project (~$30,000) the project manager pointed out that because there actually was no problem behind the brick facia (original forensic finding by another firm said there was), we could save several thousand $ by not removing/replacing. They didn't have to tell us that but they did, and that's the kind of company they are...they have their customer's best interest in mind. Similarly during the townhome community project (~$1,200,000) they found some exterior wiring issues not caught by the city inspectors and fixed them at NO Charge! And their cost to re-roof the townhomes was tens of thousands less than comparable bids. During the past year we ended up selling both units for a handsome profit almost instantly, due in no small part to the increased curb appeal and lifetime warranty. We are SO happy with Lifetime Exteriors!"

"I had gutter guards installed, a side door to the garage fixed so it won't leak, a new curtain rod installed along with 2 solar outdoor security cameras. The generate both very nice and pleased with the overall experience. "

"Receiving an estimate was very easy, and the estimate included important details about the work. On the scheduled first day of work, the crew arrived promptly, and were very courteous and professional. They put in a full day, and lunch was delivered rather than leaving the job and going somewhere for lunch. All interior areas were painted on the first day (first coat in some cases), and Luis left a roll of blue masking tape for us to use as we inspected all work and marked for needed followup. On day 2, all interior painting received a second coat where needed, any needed touch up or clean up was done, and all exterior painting was completed. Our job consisted of relatively small spaces, and required careful painting around walls that are covered in unfinished tongue-and-groove cedar. (i.e. Difficult to fix if any paint were to be dripped on the cedar.). We are completely satisfied, and have asked for an estimate on exterior concrete painting."

"WOW!!! Words cannot express how blown away we were by Juan and his team (Armando and Daniel worked on our project) at completely residing our home. Starting with the bid process, Juan was the only contractor who brought out materials for us to actually visually see the differences of why he prefers to work with some products over others and to also show how his crew will use the products to ensure that the home is protected against the weather. After completely walking the home with us and actively listening to our ideas, he made gentle suggestions based on his industry experience and current design trends. He was never pushy or arrogant. We loved his ideas and incorporated them into our design. Beth, his Admin Assistant, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to us and we felt like she could answer any question we had as well as Juan could!! Juan and his crew were great stewards of the construction materials and our budget!!! We noticed early on that they had created a "scrap pile" so that usable smaller pieces would not go to waste on smaller repair sections of our home. We appreciated that they did not grab a new sheet of plywood for every repair considering the cost of wood these days. They saved us sooooo much money doing this! We are so grateful!!!!! The craftsmanship and skill level of everyone involved, including the painters, completely transformed our home from one in desperate need of repair to a dream home worthy to be bragged about!
