"This is my first time using the services of In Your Home. I selected them based on Angie's List reviews which were many and overwhelmingly positive ! Lee came to my home wearing a mask ( Covid precaution) and viewed the cracks. He was concerned that we made sure that moisture was not involved. So he went into the attic and took some pictures showing discoloration and moisture around the skylight . I had no idea ! My memory gets a bit blurred here because I was so surprised and concerned about what was now a bigger problem than two cracks ! We discussed options and he did tell me that a professional roofer would be an excellent choice , so that is what I am doing right now . I am impressed that he recommended another industry . He wanted what was best for the customer in the situation we found ourselves ! I have since received outreach from Lee's supervisor/manager and feel quite supported . I will have In Your Home, back here for the bathroom cracks , after the roof is fixed !! Sheila"

"Had a situation at a dental facility where I manage the maintenance and repair work for the building. They reported a leak that seemed to come from the HVAC unit. I hired the HVAC company that we utilize, and they reported it not coming from the HVAC unit and suggested that we have a roofing company come to look at it, which I did. However, they reported it was not coming from the roofing and could not determine where it was coming from. I then hired Mr. Handyman to take a look at it, which he did. He was able to find the source of the leak and repair it. Excellent workmanship, consideration, and responsiveness."

"Clearwater Construction services was a great company to work with. CJ was attentive and communicative which is hard to find in this business. Every person that came out was polite and cleaned up very well. The subs they used were top notch and I would use any of them again. They did what they said they would do and did it on time. We were so impressed how they cared for the house while working on it. They treated it like their own. I highly recommend them for any work they can do and I will use them again when needed."

"The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"On Sunday night we discovered a wet spot on our ceiling just over the top of our TV. My husband quickly moved the TV stand a low and behold we started having a steady drip from the area. I called CC and L Roofing thinking that I would leave a message to be on their list for Monday. I couldn't believe a live person actually answered the phone at 8:40 pm on a Sunday night. She said someone would call me Monday morning for an appointment. At 8:30 am Jeff called me and by 10:30 am a repairman named Bill was already on his way to my house. He was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof where gables come together and there was only some worn calking and no flashing. He told me the repair would take about an hour to a hour and a half and the rest of my roof was fine. I was afraid he would tell me I needed a whole new roof. So he repaired and installed new flashing where needed. I was very impressed and thought the price of $275.00 was reasonable. It was raining pretty good outside when they did the repair on my roof. <br />"

"Highly recommended -- Brad and his Pull Out Shelf Company are great. He installed pull-out shelves in our kitchen cabinets 7 years ago. They've been so great we returned to Brad for pull-out shelves installed last week in a new large cabinet we put in to take advantage of a hollow space under our stairs. Just as satisfied with the new storage space and ease of access. Brad gives good advice about storage, good referrals to a cabinet maker, quality product and installation, and easy to deal with and always true to his word about timing and installation of the pull-out shelving. The end result is a great addition to our home easily accomplished."

"The job went great. Michael and his assistant Chris were very thorough, detail oriented, and pleasant to have around the house. It makes a big difference when the guy that bids on the job is the guy who actually does the work, and just having two people who worked so well together, I felt like we were in great hands. I was especially amazed with how well they did the 'finish carpentry' type of work on window trims outside and the one window inside (which had to mesh with kitchen cabinets and crown moldings, etc.). They are skilled craftsmen."
