"Excellent work! This is the 3rd time I have used Jason/All About Painting for exterior painting. 2 for my home(2012,2020);`1 for a friend I was caring for(2007). The crew headed by Ronald were efficient & thorough. Street curb, driveway(150'), carport, sidewalk, pole shed, deck, soffits, shutters and windows pressure washed. Storm windows taken down, carport walls brush washed so water wouldn't get on recently repaired/painted carport ceiling. Gutters (150 ft), downspouts (6)& eaves hand washed with 409. Eaves, soffits, wood sash windows (27), carport walls, front porch wall, doors(6), wrought iron supports & small section of foundation brick all hand painted. Deck (42x12) with 3 stairs cases painted with solid stain, poles and landscape timbers underneath, shed poles & trim painted. Exterior of sash windows & both sides all storm windows hand washed. Recently had interior painted but used a friend of a neighbor...big mistake. Should have used Jason/All About painting."

"Overall a great job at a fair price. Out six companies providing quotes, they won the business. Four other company quotes were thrown out for one being very low (half as much), and one for being very high (almost double), and two for no insurance. In the end, between two companies, Eagle got the business due to the reviews on Angie's List, and the discussion with Steve during the initial walk through for quote, and subsequent detailed quote covering all items discussed. The paint crew was on time every day. Crew leader Bobby was very organized, and worked with us on our ever changing order of rooms to paint, as furniture was moved from room to room, while considering the dogs & cat that were inside. All of the crew were genuinely nice guys, considerate of our belongings, and the most important they were good painters. Straight lines along walls to ceiling, and around the stained wood trim through out the house. Extensive drywall patching was required in garage, and now it looks great. We look forward to having them come back, once our unfinished basement if completed later this year."

"From start to finish, I couldn't be more pleased with The Painting Pros. Ron Desiderio did the initial assessment and estimate. Ron is extremely thorough and professional and I appreciated his detailed and thoughtful recommendations for how to proceed with the necessary work. To top it off, Ron is also a very affable person who added a sincere personal touch. The project included a multitude of items, including replacing a wooden railing on my front stairs, replacing several damaged stair treads, painting the railing, staining the front porch and steps, painting three garage doors, repairing several panels of cedar siding on my garage, staining the cedar siding, repairing a rain gutter that was loose, pressure washing my driveway, and painting one room inside the house. Luis was the on-site supervisor of the team that worked on my home and he and the entire team did excellent work. The only problem I had is when some of his workers washed their paint brushes in my yard and use some cleaners which turned a small section of my grass color. This issue will past and the grass will turn back green. However, I will hire him again for additional work to paint additional rooms, great job."

Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.
