Throughout the project, your communication and behavior toward me were extremely unprofessional. You raised your voice at me simply because I insisted that the job be completed correctly before releasing the final payment?an industry?standard expectation. Your behavior was so aggressive that I had to involve my husband on the call for my own comfort and safety. In addition, you attempted to install mismatched tile, placed other jobs in front of mine, and consistently pushed back my completion date. I flip houses regularly and work with contractors often, and I have never had an experience as frustrating or unprofessional as this one. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services.
