"So I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations."

"Not only did Topstar Renovations remove and replace my siding, they completly remodeled the entire exterior of my home and I couldn't be happier with their work. The showed up on time everyday, and completed the job faster than I could have imagined. They addressed all my questions and helped me select materials and design changes. They removed and replaced the old roof and installed gutters. Removed and replaced the old cedar siding and replaced it with new paintable materials that will last much longer and are much easier to maintain. They also sourced and installed the stone for the bottom half. They even detailed my older window frames to match! Besides the awesome new look, perhaps best part was that they had provided a written estimate which they stuck to. The total cost of the job was well within reason and in fact, much less than I expected.. I highly recommend them for your home projects."

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Jason McManamon was always available as project manager if I had questions or concerns answering any of those to my satisfaction, Armando and Rinaldo who installed the siding paid great attention to detail, worked nonstop with only lunch breaks every day, and were extremely nice to have working at my home. Alexandro who did the painting to finish up the project, was detailed oriented and did a very fine job working to make sure there was no 'overspray' of paint on the siding. "This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced. The job site was left clean, apart from a few stray screws (so sweep your driveway after they're gone!) After a couple of days, Jon called to be certain that we were 100% happy, and we are."
