"When the estimator (Mr Garcia) came, he sold me saying much work to be done. I received a report identifying the areas, I was told the missing areas in the report will be addressed by the Technician. yes I agreed to pay the amount  believing there is much work to be done.
 The technician was courteous and professional - it was an easy job - maybe a total of 15 holes and then spray/inject Termiticide - he applied caulking in 3 places. The report said fungicide will be applied  and the technician said they do not do it. The work was done in less than an hour -  it was over priced for what was done. They were pricey. It was unfair that I was given the impression much work to be done and then the actual work was done in 30 minutes or so.

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."
