He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

The scope of work included removing load-bearing walls, repairing extensive dry rot and termite damage, building a brand new kitchen, installing new flooring, relocating a laundry room, new electrical and paint. It turned out Mr. Gino Henn is an all-around contractor and we ended up hiring him for a complete remodeling of our house interior from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, attic insulation, new sewer line installation, etc. and the whole nine yards. He started demolition on day one and works progressed very efficiently and methodically and completed on-time and earlier than expected in a little over 30 days. He closely supervised every aspect of the job and used specialists in every field from electrician, plumbers, tile installer, painters, flooring installers, etc. He was on the job site almost daily, checking his workers and the quality of their work. He reported to us too on an almost daily basis and addressed our issues and concerns. He was an involved and hands-on contractor and attended to every details ans aspects of our house renovation.
