"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"<p>D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"Husband and I stopped in to check prices at Tool Time for a pole barn for our RV. Was pleased with the quoted price and made a down payment. Nick called us 4 weeks later to let us know they were ready to start. We were told originally that it would be about 6 weeks. A crew of 3 arrived on time (Kevin, Brandon, Danny). Worked straight through (took 1/2 hr lunch) and completed the job in a total of 6 hrs. My husband was outside with them the whole time and they let him know every step of the process. They answered any questions he had. There were no short cuts or sloppy work. It is hard to find people that take pride in their work and do a good job. My husband is very difficult to please when it comes to hiring someone to do work. Will not hesitate to use them again for other projects."

"2020 has passed and we couldn't be happier with our completed first floor project, thanks to Jim Rutherford Construction. Jim was willing to tackle what other local well known contractors were either unwilling to consider or bid so high as to be unaffordable. Our project proved to be a technical challenge from the onset, raise the ground floor by almost a foot of concrete, completely rebuild the first floor by installing 3 impact French doors, 3 impact doors and 4 impact windows, cut off support an internal staircase including modifying framing around a dumbwaiter, reframe and replace every exterior wall from 4' down. Plus an added surprise rebuilding and repairing 45' of a heavily spalled concrete tie-beam in less than a week. We're still amazed at how quickly and confidently Jim set about taking on the project, he seemed to have it figured out before we even committed to getting started. He knew just right carpenters and subs to assign the work to. Once they began, they never stopped till the project was completed. Workmanship was outstanding, inspections were a breeze. I commend Jim and his crew for the quality of work and attention to detail, no shortcuts taken, stainless hardware/fasteners throughout and only pressure treated lumber. Add them all up and we have a completely new remodeled permitted downstairs ready to withstand the elements. It is without hesitation we'd recommend Jim Rutherford Construction for any project or home construction. Professional, polite and a pleasure to do business with."

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."
