"He arrived promptly and spent about 4.5 hours in our home. He performed a detailed inspection and provided us with answers to the questions that we had. He did advise us that we might need a specialist in one area of our home and did not give us definite answers on anything that he was not an expert in. Most of the issues with the home we were already aware of but Dave did answer our questions and mapped out some areas for improvement that we can work on when the weather gets a little nicer. I would feel confident recommending his services to anyone that I know. I also believe the price was fair considering our home is very large with around 2,500 square feet finished as well as a large basement that is unfinished and this included the radon test.  When he was finished he emailed the report to us within a couple days and then he mailed us a copy of the radon report as well as some information on maintenance times for certain things in our home.
