They tried to get the water to flow but as we have no idea where the water goes it could not get unclogged, They suggested making a new drain with a sump pump so I would NEVER have to deal with this again. Brent and Mike were great, understanding and Brent even called two times to see if everything was okay , and when I told him water was accumulating again near the drain so he suggested I put the pump connected to a garden hose back on until they can get here to fix my water problems in the basement he even offered to come back over, Thank you so much."
