"Contractor arrived on time as promised and was very fast and cleaned up afterwards very nicely. The Installation crew was not quite as professional as others I've had, like Garrison and Garrison, who I had last year do the exact same work on the other American Standard unit in my house. They sort of rushed through their work. I wished that the chief installer had stayed arround a little longer to make sure the unit blower speed and cycle time was optimal, given that this unit is more efficient than the old one. The XL15i is a very good efficient unit. <br /> I decided to upgrade my dead units from American Standard to Trane due to a longer warranty, 12 yrs on Trane versus 10 yrs on American Standard and that Trane units have a cover over the top of them which keeps leaves and other debris from falling in them. I might have stayed with Garrison and Garrison but something went wrong with their sales agreement with the local Trane distributor. <br />"
