"We contacted Trevon and he got back to us in a timely manner to discuss our options. We took a couple of days to decide on the color. We then met with Trevon to go over and sign a contract. The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

"Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. They also worked neat, which is not easy when tearing off thousands of pounds of roofing material. Thanks to everyone at Proguard for a great experience and a beautiful job!"

"<p>My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit. </p> <p>As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.</p> <p>I've recommended Hurm to several friends who got stuck with broken a/c systems in the heat of the summer, and all have been just as pleased. </p> <br />"

"It went well. Workers showed up on time, stuck with the job until it was finished. Owner suggested we replace skylights with low-E argon-filled double glass product. We did so and very happy with results. Everything about the job seemed very professional in plan and execution of plan. Good roofing work is not cheap."

"Overall the experience was good and the final work done was of good quality. There were a few issues which John corrected after I identified them. John Keller does not require payment until the job is completed. I appreciated this arrangement, it's not that I couldn't afford to pay him right away but it says a lot about the guy's reputation if he doesn't require payment until completion. You would be very hard pressed to find another roofer willing to do that."
