"I had two other companies tell me that I needed a complete roof replacement, which was going to cost me a fortune. When Saint Raphael Roofing came out for an inspection, the technician told me that my roof actually had five to seven years of life left. He explained that a few simple repairs and some maintenance on the pipe boots would solve my current leaks for a fraction of the cost. I was so impressed by their honesty that I hired them on the spot to do the repairs. They didn't try to pressure me into a contract I didn't need or use "scare tactics" about my roof's condition. When the time eventually comes for a full replacement, I won't even call for other quotes. I trust this company implicitly because they put the customer?s needs above their own profit margins."

"I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "

"Top Hat Roofing is a Top-Notch, First-Class roofing company that specializes in roofing. Mitch is the ultimate professional and a genuinely nice, caring person who pays attention to detail, listens to what you have to say and gets the job done with the degree of experience he and his tradesmen have. He also is very honest in his appraisals and is very fair in his pricing. We had about 15-20 inches of rain this past week and it exposed a bad leak in the roof. I called and explained my situation with the leak in the roof and Mitch was kind enough and cared enough to come out that same day within a few hours to listen and see what had happened. He knew exactly what was wrong and knew what to do to fix it. He sent Isidro out to me within 2 days. Isidro is an expert in roofing. He found more issues with the roof and fixed them. He is a master at this and it showed as he was able to correct all of the issues. I have dealt with other companies that don’t come close to this one."
