I am very impressed with the quality of the work and the materials used for our siding project. The project was on time as promised with allowances for weather. "I had the entire exterior of my home updated, including siding, windows, gutters, and garage door replaced. This company offers several siding options, including vinyl siding and Hardie plank. David's team took the time to explain the siding options and the benefits of each. Shane gave me an estimate on three different options and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase immediately and he gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. They also worked to get me the exact windows I wanted. David stayed in contact while the product was on order and immediately scheduled the install when it arrived. I found his teams professional and reliable. Once the job started, the team worked continuously on my home until complete. David hires experienced people who work efficiently and effectively. And the teams are experts at what they do. He had one team who did the windows, then another to complete the siding, another for the gutters and a final team for the garage door. The job was not complete until I was happy. David did the final walk through himself. I would recommend to anyone and would use again should the need arise."

"Came out the next day to give me a bid and started the job 3 days later. Stayed on the job until it was complete. Very good people to work with"

"An estimator came out and gave us a quote Saturday morning for 7 windows facing west on our home. He offered multiple colors of screen. Something they suggested that other companies did not was different protection for the lower versus the bottom. We have windows upstairs that are not covered by a patio, these used the 90% screens. For the bottom windows that still face west but are slightly covered by the patio, they use a 80% to still let more light into the living area inside. I thought this was a great idea. Screens were installed while we were at work 3 days later, estimated completion time was 2 to 7 days based on the weather forecast for that week. I don't blame for not wanting to be on a roof during serve weather.
The cost was lower than the other 2 estimates I received. I never flt pressured by LSSS like other solar screen companies.
We will be doing the other side of the house next year and will go back to LSSS without question.

"This ended up being a 1-day effort by 4-5 men, led by Larry Means (brother of Charles, who did all the contact work).
They accomplished all of the above from 8:30 AM to about 4 PM including cleanup.
We were pleased that the hot water heater door could be repaired and not replaced - some estimates of replacement of this 24" door (vented) were above $1000.  It was Larry's thinking that made it possible - he has the mind of a handy man - do what can be done rather than grand plans that lift the costs.  Replacing of facia, some flashing and soffit went well - the painted results were great (we had painted 2 sides of the house before recognizing we were in over our heads - we provided the paint for the job as we had some already and the color would match).  Painting and caulking were of the highest order.
The mudded interior wall spot matched the existing texture - nice work.

"In an industry known for here today and gone tomorrow and problem operators, Hip and Ridge Roofing is an enigma. Hip & Ridge Roofing installed the roof on my home before I purchased it. A home inspector complimented the workmanship of the roof install. Harold Spivey was generous with his time speaking with me about the specs of the roof they installed, despite the fact I was unlikely to need another roof as I am 67 years old. Will Byrd transferred the Roofing Contractor Workmanship to me promptly. Harold, two years after the install spent time speaking with two insures I shopped answering their questions. The roof is now over two years old; I have not had any issues with it."
