He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. "The part would have cost too much, so I ended up replacing the oven. I kind of thought that on my own by doing research, but he just confirmed it for me. He was very nice. He got back to me. He didn't try to say, no let me come out and charge you for coming out or any of that. He just said let me do so research and asked for pictures of my model number and everything. He did some research ahead of time and called me back and said it's going to be $350 for the part. I had a good experience. I thought he was nice and ethical. He didn't try to get 50 bucks off me for nothing. He worked for free because he spent his time looking up. He was responsive. He got back to me right away."

"I called and tried to schedule appointments with 3 companies with solid ratings from Angie's list. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for a quote last December. We reviewed the quote and scheduled him for the second week of January. Over the New Year's holiday, my Mother, the home-owner, had a stroke and Tony was very cooperative about helping us get the job done around our schedule. He offered good advice about paint quality and colors. He repaired any cracks or joint issues and painted the Master bedroom, a two story feature wall in the living area, all of the kitchen and eating area, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. We had damage in the two-story rotunda ceiling and the dining room from Hurricane Harvey and he repainted and re-textured both of these and we are very pleased. We also needed to repair comers and trim on the stairs that the dog had chewed as a puppy. He took care of this and you cannot even tell there was ever damage. He repaired a hole a plumbing estimate put in the master closet wall and repainted it as well as repairing some minor grout issues on the kitchen back splash. We highly recommend him and will call on him again for future projects we have discussed with him."
