"The entire experience was awesome.  
I was under the gun to get over 1000 square feet of tile-grout in my new house cleaned, and stained a different color.  I needed all this done by the end of the week because the furniture was all being delivered on Friday.  I called on Monday, David came out Tuesday to give me a quote.  He spent a lot of time with my wife and I picking out colors for the grout (different tiles and colors in different rooms), going over all the rooms in details to ensure there was no other work that needed to be done, and even gave us some advice for keeping the tile, grout and granite in top shape.  He promised that he could get it all done on Thursday, in time for the move.
True to his word, David was out at 9:30 Thursday morning and worked straight through the evening, not finishing until after midnight.  We were super impressed by his work ethic and the professional job.  Every inch of the grout was double and triple checked to ensure it all was evenly stained and looked great.
We are very happy with the job, the price was very reasonable, and feel we got every dollars worth.  We will definitely be using and recommending All Starrs and David for any and all future stone work.

"Unbelievably great.........it's like I put in new flooring........he even gave me a gallon of concentrated cleaner. We got started a little late as they had to return to shop for a stripper product.....but really pleased with results......moved big furniture with dollies( we had moved out most small stuff prior to their arrival ) and got started......it took about 7-8 hours so would have been better with an earlier start ( 12 to 12:30 start after trip back to shop) but not a huge deal as we didn't have plans Friday night. 3 step process, clean, seal and polish...."
