"?I recently hired Texas Greatest Remodelers to handle a massive overhaul of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They truly are a "one-stop shop" for high-quality home improvement. ?They completed several major projects for me, including: ?A full roof replacement ?New fence installation ?Full exterior house painting ?New carpet installation throughout ?The quality of the workmanship across every single trade was top-notch. It is rare to find a company that can jump from roofing to interior flooring without skipping a beat on quality. ?A huge shoutout to Sam Samo, the project manager. Sam did a fantastic job keeping everything on track. He was professional, communicative, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. Having one point of contact for so many different projects made the entire process stress-free. ?If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled team for your next remodel, look no further than Texas Greatest Remodelers."

My name is Deven Sootoo. I am a resident of Alvin Texas offering handyman services. I have two partners who are also business owners and the contribute tools, trucks and labor to our coalition. I am punctual, friendly and most of all experienced in all types of construction, home repairs and maintenance

I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.

"Bob at Sunlight Exteriors did a beautiful job. His team replaced my leaking patio cover and extended it. And, instead of leaving it nailed to the facia of the house, as it was before, they mounted it even more securely to the rafters in the roof."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

"3rd time to use M&M. 1st time they installed new siding. Later we replaced Ridge rows. Each time very professional a n d prompt."

"Roy came by to provide an estimate on 6/13, and he appeared to be very knowledgeable. We agreed on the work to be done, the price, and the start date.  He mentioned that when customers don't pay, they come back and repossess the screens. At the time I found that to be an odd comment, especially as new customer. The installers came on 6/19 and were unable to complete the job, because Roy made a mistake and wrote the wrong percentage down on the measuring sheets. The installers came back on 6/22 and were unable to complete the job because they forgot one of the screens. The job was completed on 6/23. I received the warranty letter on 7/2.
I am very happy with the solar screens, in that they do keep the house cooler, and look nice. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, and their mishandling of the install. I sent Roy a text on 6/22 requesting consideration for their mistakes, and if they could toss in 2 additional screens, which would have cost them about $37 each. He did not bother to reply. I called the company line twice and spoke to a guy (didn't catch his name). The first time, he dismissed my concerns, and kept saying "it was an honest mistake".  After the job had been completed, I received a voice mail and called them back, thinking that they were going to offer me a deal. When I called back, I spoke with the same guy, and he asked me about the payment. I told him that I was a man of my word, that unlike them, that I would hold my end of the bargain, and would send payment via check. I then asked him for any consideration due to the company's mishandling of the install, and he started getting rude, and repeating "it was an honest mistake". At one point he told me not to call them back again, to which I replied that the screens have a lifetime warranty, and if I have a problem with them. I would call them. He put Roy on the line, and I asked him if he received my text. He said that he did, and that he referred it to his boss.  As of 8/14, I haven't heard from a company representative.
Unfortunately, I am unable recommend this company. They have a great product, but the sign of a good company is to step up to satisfy the customer when things don't go well.

"Marty and Fernando are the best!!! They installed 40 new windows in my home, and their crew could not have been more courteous, professional and efficient! The large crew allowed them to finish this very large project in 5-6 days, even with rain interfering. It was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor working in my home. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to replace windows or doors."

"Some of the wood on the door frame at the lock was missing. Tony filled it with wood putty and aligned the door. Our door is now sealed and more secure. When he installed the threshold he drilled screw holes in the cement. This was placed between a tile and carpet floor. It gave the floor a nice finished look."
