We saw another project of theirs and the roof looked good and everything but we did not use them. The man who came out was professional and very very nice. He just came by. We did not set up an appointment with him so I could not tell whether he was punctual or anything like that. His price was a little lower than the one that we used but we just did not want the nail gun. He was fine. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
