"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Our Demo and installer was Gene from the Bath Authority group. Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. Extremely glad I went with Bath Authority. Highly recommend Bath Authority for any similar projects. As others have said, there was No mess or leftover materials after work was completed. "Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"
