Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Very responsive to calls. Did the work in one day. Cleaned up area; however, I would recommend that you go over your driveway before driving your car on it after they are done. It is hard to get all the nails, etc up and we found about 15 nails that were missed. Reasonable rates. Nice to have skylights that don't leak and new gutters! I will use them again."
