Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "When they came to give us an estimate they said t would cost $600 which we thought was ridiculous, so we were able to get them down to $200 plus tax. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. Maybe if we paid more they would have done a better job?

"The materials were delivered late so the work got delayed. Tom stayed on top of the job and coordinated everything very well. To catch up on the job and beat the coming colder weather, his workers worked an entire weekend to get caught up because of the material delay from the vendor (not their responsibility.) When they hit a snag around the windows caused by the original installation, they found a way to work around the problem, I now have new exterior window mouldings which make the house look much better, His workers were extremely knowledgeable about replacing siding. Very experienced and professional work was done. Also very trustworthy guys. I left the house open while I was at work so they could use the bathroom. Tom also suggested that I side the large shed which is close to the house with the left over material. Good advice. It looks great."
